KTC vegetable cooking oil is high in polyunsaturates, low in cholesterol, low in saturates. It is an longer life frying oil. Also vegetable oil is naturally low in cholesterol. Refined vegetable oil starts from the seeds of various plant sources.
Ingredients:
-Vegetable Oil (produced from Genetically Modified Soya), Anti-Foaming Agent E900.
Directions:
-Shallow frying – Put a few dessert spoons of cooking oil into the frying pan, heat it, then fry the food, turning regularly. Grilling – Apply oil to the food with a pastry brush and grill, turning regularly. General use – Vegetable Cooking Oil can be used in preparing salad dressings, mayonnaise and baking. For best results fry at 180°C (360°F).
