Fried vermicelli noodles are an Asian favorite for the quick and easy preparation of many sweet desserts. Limited preparation required as they are already fried.
-take 1 litre [warm or normal] milk and add sugar to taste.
-add all vermicelli to milk and soak.
-keep soaked for between 20-30 mins, then ready to serve.
Many variations of this dessert are made throughout India where the milk is warmed with spices to flavour like cardamom and cinnamon, also adding sultanas and nuts.
