At Lahorecashandcarry we want you to be satisfied, with your purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Lahorecashandcarry.com purchase, for reasons that concern Lahorecashandcarry, we will offer you a full refund within 30 days of purchase. *Some restrictions apply.
*Because Meat and open products of Lahorecashandcarry are made just for you, they are not returnable.

RETURN BY MAIL
We are sorry that things didn’t go as expected. Please visit your nearest TCS office and ship the order back to our head office. As soon as we receive your shipment, someone from customer care will contact you; your return process will start.
EXCHANGE
Need to make a change? Meat and open products are not exchangeable. Regular products are exchangeable. You may return your product within 15 days and contact our customer care center for exchange or full credit.
NOTE: Customer has to pay the delivery charges while returning the product.
REFUND
We will process your refund within 7-10* business days of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method or via easy paisa. You’ll receive an email from us when this is complete. In case of a debit or credit card, a credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle. We do not refund shipping charges.
*During peak seasons please allow up to 15 business days for your refund to process.
PRODUCT QUALITY CLAIM
If you believe you have received a defective Lahorecashandcarry product that was purchased online within the last 15 days, please contact our customer care center, our representative will guide you through the process.
