TRS Fine Cornmeal is made from maize which has been hygienically milled and cleaned to ensure it is free from any impurities. Fine Cornmeal is mostly used in Indian cooking to make breads, rotis and vadis. It can also be used as a ‘breadcrumb’ coating. Free from gluten, fine cornmeal can be used in controlled diets.
