Due to its health benefits and its typical salty-sweet taste, it is very popular for making special Indian sweets, as well as for direct consumption as a desert or sweetener. It is also used for remedial purposes and is a standard ingredient in most of the Ayurvedic medicines.
-Jaggery is very good source of iron, and is highly beneficial for respiratory and digestive system. It is a healthy alternative to sugar. Jaggery contains rich minerals. Among many other benefits of jaggery some of the important ones are that it helps cleansing the body and helps in digestion of food.
-Jaggery is prepared at our organic farms in most conventional and traditional way in the strict hygienic conditions. Organic Sugarcane grown at farm is directly used at the source to process and prepare jaggery by evaporating sugar cane juice. The entire process ensures that jaggery stays chemical free and Organic, and there is no scope of adulteration during the entire process.
