Lahorecashandcarry.com grants cancellation rights under the Consumer Agreement Act as follows:

1.There is NO right of withdrawal for food and household goods.

2.For all goods other than food and household goods, there is a 14-day right of withdrawal.

3.The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods in physical possession

4.Extended right of withdrawal until 13 January 2020 when purchasing non-food Christmas gifts (Christmas 2019)

In the case of several different items ordered in a single order, but delivered individually (ie separate deliveries), the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last item in physical possession. In the case of a product consisting of several lots or parts, the withdrawal period shall expire 14 days after the day on which you obtain the last lot or last part in physical possession.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must lahorecashandcarry.com (see contact information below) of your decision to cancel this agreement in an unambiguous declaration (eg by postal mail, fax or e-mail).

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not put it into actual use. If the item is tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the trade value of the item.

The cancellation deadline is complied with if you send your notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the cancellation deadline has expired.

You can use the standard cancellation form that you can fill in HERE , but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of regret:

If you exercise your right of withdrawal in this agreement, lahorecashandcarry.com will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date that lahorecashandcarry.com received notice of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. lahorecashandcarry.com makes such a refund with the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.

lahorecashandcarry.com may withhold the refund until lahorecashandcarry.com has received the goods or you have provided documentation to return the goods, whichever is earlier.

You can return the item to us by mail or shipping, and thus pay for the transport costs yourself. You can also transfer the item to a driver from lahorecashandcarry.com if you have ordered new items for delivery before the right of withdrawal expires.

You must return the goods or deliver them to lahorecashandcarry.com without undue delay and within 14 days from the date on which you have informed lahorecashandcarry.com of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14 days.

lahorecashandcarry.com recommends that you save the mail receipt as proof that you have delivered the package to the mail / carrier.

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
