White pepper is obtained by soaking, drying and scraping fleshy, fully mature berries of black pepper pericarp. White pepper has milder taste and aroma than the black pepper. Due to light color and delicate taste it is a perfect spice for cream, light-colored sauces and dishes.
Store in a cool and dry place. After opening transfer to the airtight container.
