The Eno Fruit Salts are a brand of antacids manufactured by GSK (GlaxoSmithKline). They are one of the few brands of antacids suitable for diabetics as they (specifically the regular variant) do not contain any sugar. It should however be mentioned that Eno Fruit Salts are not suitable for people on low sodium diets. It is available in two flavors, Eno regular and Eno lemon.

The Eno Fruit Salt contains sodium bicarbonate, sodium carbonate and citric acid. All three ingredients are safe for consumption in this form and commonly known. Sodium bicarbonate is also known as baking soda and Eno Fruit Salts are often used as a replacement for it in cooking. Baking soda is known to be an effective antacid and is used as such medically.
